 We have a new industry within the industry of permanent cosmetic makeup “Can this work be repaired?” Photo:   Many years ago the client had her eyebrows tattooed. Several years later she had them re tattooed.  Now, herein lies the conundrum as the lateral portion of the eyebrow is in three different areas.           1. Camouflage on the top of the brow. 2. How to Correct Pink Brows     © When a technician uses a warm brown colour on a warn  under-toned client, over time and useage of glycolic acid, other skin lightening peels and products the result will be a pinkish looking brow.
