The League of Permanent Cosmetic Providers (LPCP) was founded by Susan Church and Pamela Abshear to be a support group for all dermal artist professionals looking to advance in all aspects of the facial and the restorative arts of paramedical tattooing and to educate the general public and for traditional artissts, piercers and branding experts.
