Mission Statement

The mission of the League of Permanent Cosmetic Providers (LPCP)  is to create and promote higher standards of education, training, performance, ethics, and safety for permanent makeup artists, traditional tattoo artists, branding professionals and piercers.

We will also educate the public about health and safety issues in all aspects of  permanent cosmetic makeup,  traditional tattooing, professional branding and piercers.

We will protect the public by requiring our members to follow our ‘Rules of Professional Conduct’.

Our goal is to have the most informative articles and up to date information of any organization worldwide both for consumers and our members.
